Testimonials
“As a young professional just starting my career, I really needed help navigating the interview process during my job search. Kristine was able to provide focused energy and guidance on how to interview successfully. Her coaching provided me with the necessary skills to land a job in such a volatile environment and economy. As someone fresh out of school, she really helped me stand out against the crowd in a world where employers are only looking for experienced candidates. I would recommend Kristine, not only as a career coach, but also as someone who can guide you through any challenge in your professional career.”

What to Expect
A coaching relationship begins with one simple step: Contact me! But what should you expect during our complimentary consultation and beyond?
I’ll learn about you. Your life. Your career. Your goals. Your habits. Your successes. Your roadblocks.
You’ll learn about coaching. You’ll learn what it is and what it is not. You’ll learn what is expected from you in order to make coaching work for you.
And you’ll learn about you. What you really want. What is truly important to you. What is realistic for you to achieve. And what it will take to achieve it.
Many of my clients do not come to me knowing exactly what they want. They might simply want to make a change or succeed in their career but not know the best way to get there. Some clients know exactly what they want to accomplish but they haven’t been able to get past the hurdles in their way yet. However, ALL of my clients benefit from the support system our coaching relationship provides.
Once we’ve determined a path or actionable goal(s), I’ll develop a plan with you that breaks down the steps to success into manageable pieces so you can continue to make progress without being overwhelmed. You aren’t left on your own with a plan, though. Our coaching sessions monitor progress, identify roadblocks as they come up, provide new techniques and help make sure you’re truly on the path to success.
I don’t do the work for you, though. It’s a partnership. You need to bring your intentions and willpower to the table. I bring the experience, technique and the occasional push necessary for you to remove your roadblocks and get what you want out of life.
The best way to understand how I can help you is by understanding how I’ve worked with other clients to help them reach success.
