Honestly, it’s not about me. But the strength of any coaching partnership depends on whether the coach and client are a fit. My style of coaching is shaped by my personality and personal history. First and foremost, I have a passion for working with motivated people. As a highly motivated person myself, I’ve made great strides in my career while working with all types of extremely talented people in the process. But I also recognized how many talented people out there could get more out of their professional life – and personal life – if they had the right tools. This realization led me to make a huge change in my life by becoming a Career and Life Coach (with the help of my own coach, of course).
Prior to becoming a coach, I was an Executive with Accenture, which is one reason why I now specialize in coaching prospective and new management consultants. I’ve worked with experienced consultants in Top 25 management consulting firms, as well as students and experienced hires that are transitioning into consulting. In addition to understanding the actual work of consulting such as organization performance and change management, I understand the high demands of the consulting lifestyle and the competitive environment in which you need to succeed to get ahead.
